QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Meridiana E&E has achieved further recognition for corporate excellence, gaining the quality certificate ISO 9001:2008, issued by SGS, an international certification leader (certification number:IT11/0327).

More specifically, the certification covers planning, management and organization of CME events (Continuing Medical Education), Conferences, Meetings and Company Events.

The Company Quality Management System, reported in a Quality Manual, is always subject to change as policies are revised or guidance is updated.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

The core business of Meridiana E&E is the organization of corporate events and medical-scientific educational activities. Therefore, the high standard of services provided is critical to quality and necessary for the customers’ satisfaction.
The whole company is involved in improving our Quality Management System, and none of our activities or projects can be excluded from this process. The Company is charged of monitoring each step of the process to be ensure to meet always the requirements and the expectations of customers.

Here is a list of the specific objectives we set while planning, organizing and realizing educational events, medical-scientific CME congresses, meetings and corporate events:

  • involving and challenging the Scientific Advisory Board Members in the investigation and screening of the educational needs of the targets;
  • planning events and educational activities, according to the reported needs;
  • supporting the education activities with interactivity, innovation and up-to-date formats;
  • providing human and financial resources according to the cost-effectiveness analysis;
  • supporting and challenging the staff members in being involved in proper projects;
  • experiencing new methods in providing interactive education labs, fitted on the skills and the features of the audience;
  • treasuring the past experiences to improve the learning process.

Meridiana, by means of its Human and capital resources, is constantly setting improvement objectives regarding responsibility, resources, project-implementing time and   monitoring systems. These objectives are yearly reported in an Improvement plan that is subject to Meridiana C.E.O. approval and signature.

The Company updates yearly the Quality Management according to the most recent standards.
